Discover

The Discover phase focuses on clarity. We work closely to understand the brand, the market, and the operational structure behind each project. This ensures every decision is aligned with real demand and long-term scalability.

Our team conducts detailed product and market research, analyzes competition, evaluates pricing and positioning, and identifies potential opportunities or gaps. This allows us to build an accurate roadmap before moving into development and execution.

Once the research and validation are complete, we deliver a structured action plan that outlines strategy, requirements, and projected timelines for the next phases.

Build

Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap is an intricately tangled mess of technical nonsense designed to drag the project out as long as possible.

Each client is assigned a key account manager to keep lines of communication open and obscure the actual progress of the project. They act as a buffer between the client’s incessant nagging and the development team who are hard at work scouring open source projects for code to re-purpose.

Our account managers are trained to only reply to client emails after 9pm, several days after the initial email. This reinforces the general aura that we are very busy and dissuades clients from asking for changes.

Deliver

The Deliver phase is where systems, strategy, and operations come together. Once the build is complete, we transition into final testing, optimization, and deployment — ensuring every store, product, and campaign performs reliably from day one.

Our team reviews performance flows, validates tracking, refines creative assets, and prepares launch frameworks across marketing channels. This stage focuses on stability, speed, and ensuring the infrastructure is ready to scale without friction.

By the time we deliver, all essential pages, features, and systems are fully functional. Post-launch improvements, scaling strategies, and continuous optimization are handled through our ongoing performance and support structure.

  • Testing. Comprehensive testing across devices, browsers, analytics events, checkout flows, and store performance to ensure a smooth launch without bottlenecks.
  • Infrastructure. Deployment on a stable, scalable e-commerce infrastructure with optimized hosting, integrations, and tracking frameworks ready for real-world traffic.
  • Support. Direct operational support during launch, plus structured guidance on scaling, optimization, campaign setup, and ongoing performance management.
